RATES


  • Minimun 7 Nights Stay
  • Monday to Thursday MYR 580 (USD180) / night (standard rate)
  • Friday to Sunday MYR 800  (USD250) / night (standard rate)
  • Rates are per night stay with minimum 7 nights booking
  • Tariffs shown are applicable for up to 6 adults per condominium (3 Bedroom)
  • Maximum guests accommodated: 8 guests
  • Extra persons/adults with overnight stay are charged at RM100/person/night (Extra bed can be arranged) *see terms and conditions
  • Children above 7 years old to be charged as adult
  • Public holiday surcharge of RM100
  • Check in time: 3pm
  • Check out time: before 12noon
BOOKING


  • If u wish to make an enquiry or booking, just email to condoclubkl@gmail.com on selected dates
  • CondoClub will revert with the availability and rates
  • Mode of payment : Cash
  • Non refundable 50% Deposit upon reservation. However, this pre-payment does not constitute the confirmation of reservation but holding confirmation until full payment is settled
  • Balance of payment is to be made at least 5 working days before arrival to secure the confirmation
  • No refund is permitted of programmes purchased or are shorten during the duration of stay

TERMS & CONDITIONS



Please read the following booking conditions carefully as the person making the booking is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these conditions on behalf of all persons in the booking.


•A maximum of 2 guests per room per night. Above 6 guests RM 100.00 per person per night
•Full payment is required to secure the condominium upon confirmation
•Check in time is after 3 pm. Check out time is before 12 noon the day of departure. Other time available by prior arrangement
•There will be no refund for no-shows, missed or unused package components including air flights, accommodation nights, transfers, tours, activities and meals
•Smoking is not permitted inside the condominium
•No parties or events is allowed in the condominium
•We regret family pets and animals are not invited
•We recommend you arrange travel insurance for your vacation
•CondoClub accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to any guests or their property
•CondoClub endeavors to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order, in the event of any malfunction, we strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible
